4. Elijah Daniel (Class of 2013)

Elijah Daniel, a 4-star DE in the 2013 class, was an interesting prospect.

He committed to the Tigers during a summer of 2012, but then wanted to continue ‘shopping around.’ Daniel made visits to other schools and chose to keep his recruitment open, which is against the commitment policy for Clemson.

Daniel ultimately ended up signing with Auburn, but his career never panned out.

He was arrested and subsequently dismissed by the Tigers and went on to play a season with Murray State before declaring for the 2016 NFL Draft. He went undrafted and never had an opportunity to play professionally.
