What’s the weather looking like for the annual Clemson football spring game this Saturday afternoon? Here’s an in-depth look for those traveling to Death Valley.

It should be a fun weekend for Clemson football fans as thousands travel up to the Blue Ridge Mountains for the annual spring game.

Officials are expecting crowds anywhere between 55,000 and 65,000 for the scrimmage, which will be held in Death Valley.

As the Tigers suit up for the final practice of the spring, here’s a look at what weather Clemson football fans can expect Saturday afternoon.

Clemson Football Spring Game Weather Report:

High: 75

Low: 58

Temp at Kickoff: 73

Chance of Rain: 30 percent

Wind: SE at 5 MPH

Analysis:

It looks like the weather will be good by kickoff on Saturday. There’s supposed to be some rain to hit the area Thursday evening into Friday afternoon.

There still could be some scattered rain showers on Saturday, but hopefully by the afternoon it will all have cleared out.

The temperature is expected to be right around 73 degrees at kickoff. The wind won’t be too high, but there should be a light breeze that will make for almost a perfect day as far as temperature and ‘real feel’ are concerned.

I would bring a clear poncho to the game just in case, but I don’t think you’ll need it. This should be shorts and shirts weather, which will be perfect for a Saturday afternoon in Clemson Memorial Stadium.
