The Clemson football team is projected to get back to the CFB Playoff, at least that’s what Vegas believes at this point in the spring.

Though Clemson football lost a ton of valuable experience from last year’s National Championship team, the Tigers are one of the favorites to make it back to the CFB Playoff.

Much of that confidence hinges around the fact that the Tigers return a lot of key players, including Trevor Lawrence, Tee Higgins, Justyn Ross, Travis Etienne and Amari Rodgers offensively and experienced guys in the secondary on defense like Isaiah Simmons, AJ Terrell and K’Von Wallace.

The Tigers also have plenty of talent ready to make their mark in some of the positions left empty following the departure of several stars from last year’s team.

The latest projected win totals for the 2019 season were released and, to no surprise, Clemson football is tied with Alabama for the lead. Here’s a look at some of the interesting win totals for 2019, including the top 10.

  • Clemson, Alabama: 11
  • Georgia, Oklahoma: 10.5
  • Ohio State, Washington, UCF: 10
  • Notre Dame, Texas, Oregon, Michigan: 9.5
  • LSU, Florida: 9

I think it’s interesting that Vegas thinks Oklahoma and Georgia are next two teams with win totals at 10.5, despite Oklahoma losing Kyler Murray and the fact the Bulldogs lost three games last year.

There are a lot of familiar faces basically rounding out the top of College Football in these win totals. I don’t buy that Florida wins 10 games, so I would think that they either wash out- win 9 games- or go below that number.

In the ACC, Miami is second with 8.5 on the projected win total. The Hurricanes are followed by Florida State with 7.5. The rest of the ACC hasn’t been listed as of yet, according to Bet Online.
