Three former Clemson football players are listed in the first-round of CBS Sports’ latest NFL Mock Draft, but none are in the top-14.

CBS Sports’ Tom Fornelli released his latest NFL Mock Draft following the combine and there were a few changes.

As far as former Clemson football players are concerned, Fornelli does not have Trayvon Mullen listed in his first-round and does not have a Tiger getting drafted at all inside the top-14.

Here’s a look at where he’s got three former Clemson football players falling in the latest NFL Mock Draft.

Clemson Football Mock Draft:

  • 15. Clelin Ferrell (to the Arizona Cardinals following a mock trade with the Washington Redskins)
  • 28. Christian Wilkins (to the LA Chargers)
  • 31. Dexter Lawrence (to the LA Rams)

It would be kind of cool to see Wilkins and Lawrence drafted to teams in the same city. You’d most likely see them continue to hang out, which would be a unique Clemson football bond in Los Angeles.

Ferrell to Arizona would be a good fit since the Cardinals are in need of an edge rusher. Fornelli has them trading to get him for their second pick in the first-round.

Interestingly enough, Trayvon Mullen is not listed in the first-round of this mock draft. Mullen has practically been a mainstay in the vast majority of mock drafts heading into the combine. I’d say his draft may have decreased a bit, but I still wouldn’t be surprised to see Mullen taken in the first round.

dark. Next. Is Clemson the best program in CFB?

He still has a chance to have a big pro day and lift that stock back up heading into the spring. Others that have a chance to position themselves solidly in the mid-rounds include Mitch Hyatt, Austin Bryant, Tre Lamar and Kendall Joseph.
