Former Clemson football greats Deshaun Watson and Hunter Renfrow will be hosting football camps in the recent future. Here’s all the info you need.

Former Clemson football greats Deshaun Watson and Hunter Renfrow are continuing to look for ways to give back in the community.

Watson, who was named a Pro-Bowler in his second year in the NFL, announced that he’d be hosting The Deshaun Watson Football ProCamp on Saturday, May 18 at Clemson football’s indoor practice facility from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Renfrow will also be hosting the Hunter Renfrow Football Camp Saturday, March 9 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. at Nettles Park in Clemson. The camp starts at $75 and is focused on kids ages 6-16, limited to just 250 spots.

Both of these guys will be sharing about their Clemson football experience, giving youth football tips and emphasizing the importance of being a role model and leader in the community and in all aspects.

Thoughts:

I think it’s awesome to see both Renfrow and Watson returning to Clemson to host camps. Neither of the guys are actually natives of the area, but they want to return and continue to partner when possible.

Both of these guys are two of the greatest to ever play as a Tiger. Renfrow caught the game-winning touchdown pass in the 2016 National Championship from none other than Watson. They were both instrumental in taking the program to the next level and it’s really nice to see them looking to give back in the community and make an impact in the lives of youth across the state of South Carolina.

If you’re interested in signing your child up for either of the camps, you can visit their website’s and get more information. Click here for Renfrow’s camp. Click here for Watson’s camp.

It should be fun to watch Watson continue to progress in the NFL with the Houston Texans and I have a feeling we’re going to see Renfrow in the league for some time to come with whichever organization decides to pick him up, as well.
