Clemson football brought in a very talented freshman class for the 2019 recruiting cycle. Here is our comparison for five of those players to former Tigers.

The 2019 Clemson football recruiting class was one of the best in school history.

The Tigers brought in a lot of guys that are going to develop into big time players and several will have a chance to contribute right away.

As a way to continue breaking down this class, we wanted to give you some comparisons with former Clemson football players who some of these guys look like when watching film. It’s tough, in many cases, because the players that Clemson is recruiting now are on higher levels compared to that of many of their predecessors.

With that in mind, here are comparisons for five of the top freshmen of the 2019 class.
