Former Clemson football wide receiver Hunter Renfrow proved to many NFL scouts that he is ready for the next level with his performance in the Senior Bowl.

Former Clemson football wide receiver Hunter Renfrow has always been impressive as a Tiger.

While Tiger fans have seen and become accustomed to Renfrow’s greatness, many from around the country have seldom seen the wide receiver in action.

As a matter of fact, the extent of knowledge on Renfrow for most outside of the Clemson football program has to do with how long he has seemingly been at Clemson and the fact that he caught the game-winning touchdown pass from Deshaun Watson a couple of years ago when the Tigers won the National Championship.

Renfrow is so much more than that, though. He proved it during the Senior Bowl.

Renfrow just made himself some money…

NFL scouts knew that Renfrow had great hands. But, most doubted him because of his size and the fact that they thought he’d be too slow as far as footwork is concerned at the next level.

I don’t really care what NFL Mock Drafts say, Hunter Renfrow is going to get drafted. It may not be until the later rounds, but a franchise is going to take a chance on him with one of their draft picks and, trust me, it will be a great decision.

Renfrow is too good of a wide receiver, combined with a very good personality to bring into your locker room to not be drafted.

He has great football IQ, has all the skills needed to play the position and is very versatile. I think NFL scouts saw that this past week. Because of his performance in the Senior Bowl and the practices leading up the Senior Bowl, I think Renfrow made himself some money.

You couldn’t have asked for a better guy when he was at Clemson and I think he has a chance to be just as successful in the NFL.
