Clemson Football: Updated Vegas Odds vs. Duke Blue Devils

Clemson football will host the Duke Blue Devils Saturday in Death Valley. Here is the updated Vegas spread for the ACC matchup.

The Clemson football team came away with a 27-7 win over Boston College this past weekend in Chestnut Hill.

Now, the Tigers will return home for the final two regular season games of the season. This Saturday, Clemson will host the Duke Blue Devils (7-3) in what will be Senior Day and Military Appreciation Day.

Here is the updated Vegas Spread for the final ACC matchup of the regular season.

Current Spread: Clemson -28

Current Over/Under: 57.5

The game opened up with a 27-point spread and has already rise a point in Clemson’s favor. The Tigers are heavy favorites for yet another game.

It will be interesting to see how the Tigers perform in this one because I think Senior Day and Military Appreciation Day will help the team focus in on getting the win.

This team seems to be focused on just one thing heading down the stretch and that is leaving no doubt. There are plenty of veterans to keep the team ready and I think that’s been the reason the Tigers haven’t really had a let-down game this season.

I won’t give my official spread prediction on the game until later this week, but right now I like the Tigers to cover that spread.

As far as the over/under is concerned, it’s really tough to tell. I don’t see Duke scoring more than 17 and I think the Tigers could score anywhere between 41-56. In one scenario, Clemson almost covers that number by themselves, but in a lower scoring scenario, I could easily see the number staying below that threshold.

We’ll keep thinking about that one throughout the week.

It should be a fun one as we see Clemson football pull out the purple uniforms for the annual game this season.
