Clemson Football: 5 Storylines to watch vs. Texas A&M Aggies
2) Texas A&M’s secrets
The one thing that Texas A&M may have going for them in this game is the fact that Kevin Sumlin didn’t leave the cupboard bare as far as talent is concerned and the fact that Clemson won’t have much of an idea for what to expect from the Aggies Saturday evening.
Texas A&M showed a very vanilla scheme on offense against Northwestern State, and for good reason.
The Tigers can watch film from Jimbo Fisher last year, as well as Darrell Dickey (offensive coordinator) from Memphis, but you can only glean so much from that.
These are completely different athletes running different schemes that have never been showed on film, for the most part. It will be interesting to see how Brent Venables and the defense, specifically, adjust during the game to stop the Aggie offense.
