ACC

ACC Atlantic: Clemson Tigers

ACC Coastal: Miami Hurricanes

Let’s start with the ACC. To me, there is a clear favorite to win the ACC Atlantic and then two teams that will compete for the ACC Coastal.

When I look at this conference, I think you’ve got several teams that could be top-25 caliber programs. Clemson, of course, but then there’s also Miami, Georgia Tech, possibly NC State, Florida State and a couple of others.

I’m of the opinion that you see Virginia Tech take a big step backward after losing their entire defense from a year ago. Louisville won’t be as bad as most think, but still won’t be contenders.

Miami has a chance to be a top-15 team, but I believe the Hurricanes will be locked in a battle with Georgia Tech for the ACC Coastal. In the end, I think they win the division, but they can’t get over the hump in the ACC Championship Game.
