As we head into the Clemson football season, there are many skilled players that get overlooked. Here are five underappreciated athletes for the Tigers.

The 2018 Clemson football season is less than two months from kicking off.

The Tigers will open up the year with a home game against Furman before traveling to Texas A&M to take on the Aggies in a nationally-televised event.

Christian Wilkins, Dexter Lawrence, Austin Bryant, Clelin Ferrell, Kelly Bryant, Trevor Lawrence, Travis Etienne, Tee Higgins, Amari Rodgers, Isaiah Simmons, Trayvon Mullen, Hunter Renfrow, and Mitch Hyatt.

While all of those athletes will play important roles on this year’s team, here are five guys that don’t get near as much credit for the Tigers as we head into 2018.
