Each and every week, we’ll present a Clemson Lightning Column looking at different topics from around Tiger athletics and across the nation.

What’s up guys,

It’s Clemson Lightning here. I’m excited to announce the introduction of a brand new “Clemson Lightning Column” coming to you weekly here on Rubbing the Rock.

A little about me….

I’ve been a Tiger fan all my life and have lived through the good and the bad of football, basketball, and baseball.

I’ve enjoyed the electricity of Death Valley on a Saturday night in the fall and a relaxing spring day in Doug-Kingsmore Stadium. There’s something special about Clemson University athletics and the pride that comes from Tiger fans all across the United States.

I’ve been an expert here at Rubbing the Rock for years and have enjoyed being part of a great community and analyzing Clemson sports.

A little about the column…

In the column, we’ll attack several different topics from around the week, kind of in lightning-round style.

We may mix in a podcast every now and then and will take questions from you the reader, as well. The hope is that this column will bring Tiger fans together into a place where we can discuss what’s going on around Tiger Town and looking ahead to what’s in the future.

It should be a lot of fun and I look forward to getting to answer some of your questions here in the next week.

Lightning Round…

To close the column every week, we’ll end up with a Lightning Round, an interesting tidbit of information, trivia question, or something to ponder.

Again, I look forward to next week’s column and make sure you check back here on Rubbing the Rock for updates and analysis throughout the week.
