Clemson football 2019 tight end target, Jackson Lowe, has become a hot commodity since his Junior Day visit in January.

Jackson Lowe visited the Clemson campus for Junior Day on Jan. 20, and left with a desired offer and since that offer, he has received offers from South Carolina, N.C. State, Alabama, Michigan, Virginia Tech, Louisville, Duke, Tennessee, Auburn, Georgia, Penn State, Florida, Pittsburgh, USC and LSU to bring his offers list up to 25.

He is six-foot-five, 230 pounds and a former teammate of Clemson freshman quarterback Trevor Lawrence, at Cartersville High in Cartersville, Ga. The Tigers 2019 commits, safety Joseph Charleston(Alpharetta High) and receiver Brannon Spector(Calhoun High) are also Georgia natives.

Lowe is a 3-star recruit listed outside the top 300 on 247Sports, Rivals and ESPN recruiting sites but with an updated offer sheet that includes the powerhouses listed above, he should expect to receive another star and be a top 300 recruit before the early signing day in December.

Skill Set

After watching his video, I see why so many schools are taking a closer look at this undervalued prospect. Lowe has above average athleticism for the tight end position, displays the ability to catch and run on screen passes and can be a down field threat. He also blocks well at the point of attack and out on the edges. His combination of size, athleticism, blocking and good hands are hard to ignore.

No matter where he lands in future rankings, Lowe has a lot of offers to mull over before he makes his final decision.

But will he end his recruitment soon? And can anyone beat Clemson?

Having Lawrence on campus, and Lowe stating “Dream come true” when he announced his Clemson offer on Twitter makes them the team to beat for his commitment.

And to further the notion, after Junior Day, Lowe had this to say in an interview with Tigernet, “I would have to say that Clemson is at the top and maybe here soon they’ll be getting some good news.”

So what do you guys think? Does the uniform fit and will he be a Clemson Tiger?

As of today, Lowe has not given a timeline for his commitment.
