It’s finally come: The last home game of the 2017 Clemson football season.
It doesn’t seem all that long ago we were just getting into the thick of football season and breaking down match ups against Auburn and Louisville.
Now, we will get to see the Tigers in Death Valley just one last time.
For both Senior Day and Military Appreciation Day, Clemson football will host the Bulldogs on The Citadel.

Analysis:
There’s no betting line on this game, which is custom for games featuring FBS vs. FCS opponents, but I think you’re looking at a blow out today in Death Valley.
The Tigers are banged up and I’d expect to see the entire sideline get into the game at some point.
Clemson football will look to do three things:
- Work on the deep ball
- Build confidence
- Build depth
I think the Tigers will look to go deep early and often in this one. Kelly Bryant needs to build confidence and this is the game that could do it for him.
He hasn’t been accurate in the deep passing game and Clemson needs him to get better in that area. Personally, I think it’s a mental issue. I know he’s not Deshaun Watson throwing the ball, but he has shown that he is capable of hitting those passes.
Saturday, I think you see him get his swagger back throwing the ball and that will pay dividends for Clemson when the Tigers take on South Carolina and Miami the following two weeks.
Other than that, I think you’ll see a lot of bodies in the game as they look to get those banged up healthy again.
Overall, it should be a stress-free day.
