Who they missed:

Here are some possible names that CBS sports may have left out of their board.

  • Dorian O’Daniel
  • Clelin Ferrell
  • Deon Cain

I’m shocked that Dorian O’Daniel and Clelin Ferrell are not mentioned in the first round.

Ferrell, a redshirt sophomore, has 21 total tackles, two sacks and a forced fumble thus far.

He has been a great pass-rusher for the Tigers and I believe he will be in contention for a first round selection if he was to choose to leave after this season.

O’Daniel, a graduate student, has 41 total tackles, 2.5 sacks and two interceptions returned for touchdowns.

Both of those guys have been instrumental in the success of that Tiger defense.

Cain has dropped some passes and, right now, I can understand why he was left off the first round list. I would love to see him return for his senior season, as with any of these guys, but I think a better second half may vault him into this discussion as well.
