The most telling aspect of each of these tweets is the reference to Guillermo’s leadership. Guillermo didn’t play the most glamorous position on the field, yet fans were still able to recognize the transcending impact that he had on the entire program.
Guillermo did things the right way at Clemson and that is crystal clear. Statistics and records can always be wiped away, but, no one can ever minimize Guillermo’s character or the way that he treated people. Clemson’s fan’s understand and appreciate that.
Who is going to be the first to hire this man??

This tweet hit the nail on the head. With Guillermo’s intelligence and leadership qualities, it wouldn’t shock me at all to see him coaching somewhere in the fall. I have no doubt that he is capable of being a successful coach down the road.
