Clemson football: Ranking order of how Tigers will be drafted
4. Jackson Carman
Just like Amari Rodgers, Jackson Carman could be considered by many to be a fringe second-round prospect.
The difference? The floor on Carman is a little lower than Rodgers in terms of his draft status.
Carman is being drafted as a right tackle prospect and he’s an offensive lineman that many franchises will have their eyes on when Day 2 comes along.
In the end, though, we don’t think he ends up going in Round 2 and might very well be the mid-portion or even later in the third-round before we hear Carman’s name called.
I don’t think there’s much of a chance he falls out of the third-round, but he is a difficult player to peg in terms of where he ends up and that’s why we believe you’ll see him go fourth in terms of the order with former Tigers.
