Like we said about the Ohio State Buckeyes and their need to chime in on every Clemson football or Dabo Swinney related topic, the team in Columbia is much much worse and they are by far more insufferable.

Unlike Ohio State, South Carolina isn’t relevant in football – never have been and never will be. How bad are they? Much like when they hired Will Muschamp, their first choice candidate turned them down and they ended up having to settle for their second choice.

They so badly want to see Dabo and Clemson fail that they are willing to say anything publicly to try and bring him down because they are jealous of what he has created in podunk Clemson. They can’t fathom why their glorious university is unable to attract the coaching or player talent that Clemson does, so it all must be illegal.

The most comical aspect of their latest hire – it is Dabo esque.

A highly respected coach that once played college football at the highest level, was never a coordinator, had no prior head coaching experiencing, a very young married father of three, and comes from the coaching tree of coaching royalty.

They sure act like they hate Dabo but they could not wait to hire a guy that sure resembled him.
