Clemson Football: Gamecock Expert talks rivalry, game expectations

1. First, let’s look back at the rivalry. Can you give me a couple of favorite moments from your perspective watching the Tigers and Gamecocks play over the years?

Kyle: ​Obviously from a South Carolina perspective, the last few years have been rough. The last win against the Tigers is what really stands out for me. The highest ranked both teams have been when playing, Connor Shaw’s last game at Williams-Brice Stadium, a Gamecocks win.

The win in 2013 also capped off five straight wins for the Gamecocks. That is a fun one to revisit, however it also makes South Carolina fans a little sick to their stomach thinking the last win against Clemson was in 2013.
