7. Garrett Williams

Clemson needs production from the tight end position.

We chose to stay away from true-freshmen in this particular list, so that excludes Braden Galloway. The next best option is Garrett Williams.

Williams was forced to sit out all of last season with an injury. He is back at 100 percent and looks to be making an impact.

He is currently listed as a co-starter with Milan Richard on the depth chart, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see Williams start to pull away as the season gets underway. He is a blocker first, but definitely has the hands to get out in the flat and extend drives.

That’s exactly what Clemson needs.
