The Crimson Tide have won 10+ games all the way back to 2009 and have been extremely successful on the recruiting trail bringing in several 4 and 5-star recruits every single season.
Like it or not, they are what most College Football programs compare themselves to. There have been many programs attempt to do what Alabama has done over recent years, but none have been able to have the consistency the Crimson Tide has had.
Teams like Oregon, Florida State, Auburn, LSU and several others have made runs and many have even won National Championships, but they have not had the staying power that Alabama has had.
This begs the question, Is Clemson football the next Alabama?
The Tigers made it to their first National Championship game ever in school history and everything seems to be trending in the right direction, but can Clemson football have the staying power that Alabama has had?
There are many reasons to believe that, perhaps, Alabama has passed the torch on to Clemson or at the very least the Tigers are now on the same level as the Crimson Tide.
