Clemson football would love to add these three Big Ten players

There is no roster in the country with more talent and depth than Clemson football as we head into the 2020 season.

The Tigers’ main competition was the Ohio State Buckeyes, whose conference canceled fall completition.

With Clemson football now staunchly considered the favorite heading into the season, there is another sentiment being echoed around the world of College Football: Could we see a max exodus of Big Ten and Pac-12 players entering the NCAA Transfer Portal looking to play elsewhere?

It doesn’t seem likely that we will see any kind of max exodus simply because of the timing of the decision with schools are already in session & programs are already going through fall camp.

That being said, what if the NCAA did grant an ’emergency waiver’ to allow players who want to play to go elsewhere?

Even if that were the case, Dabo Swinney has remained adamant that the Clemson football program doesn’t recruit transfer and the Tigers aren’t interested, but these are unprecedented times. What if the right name came calling?

It’s next to impossible, but there’s nothing wrong with having a little fun with hypotheticals. Again,  Clemson isn’t going to recruit transfers and that’s been noted, but it’s always fun to have that ‘what-if’ conversation.

Here are three Big Ten players that certainly have talent to add something to the Clemson football roster.
