Though the talented wide receiver is valued in Clemson football circles, it seems that many national pundits are overlooking Tee Higgins.

Tee Higgins is one of the top wide receivers in all of College Football, but he certainly hasn’t gotten that love this season.

Though many are excited about the prospect of Clemson football’s Justyn Ross in his sophomore campaign, they have forgotten what kind of player and athlete Tee Higgins truly has become.

Higgins is more than just a solid wide receiver. He’s a monster.

Just like Ross, he’s able to go up and make catches with his insane vertical and strength, as well as break off routes to get open against opposing defensive backs.

For some reason, pundits have already forgotten what an asset Higgins is at wide receiver. In an article posted by 247 Sports back in April, Higgins was ranked No. 8 behind the likes of Alabama’s Henry Ruggs III, who had nearly 200 less receiving yards last season.

Higgins is one part of the best wide receiver duo in the nation. He and Ross are a better 1-2 punch than what any other CFB program possesses across the country, and it may not even be close.

At 6-foot-4, 205 pounds, Higgins is an athlete with the ability to do a little bit of everything. He has likely put on a little more weight this offseason and could potentially develop into a Mike Williams-type player at that boundary position.

There’s plenty of reason to be excited about Justyn Ross, but people shouldn’t forget about Tee Higgins and what he’s already done with Clemson football. He’s a special wide receiver and is going to be a first-round pick at next year’s NFL Draft. He’s that good.

Next. Even Nick Saban making excuses for Bama's loss. dark

National pundits around the country forget about talent if it doesn’t have a shiny aura around it, but Tee Higgins isn’t going anywhere. He’s going to put the nation on notice and it won’t be long before people remember just what kind of wide receiver the Tigers have in No. 5.
